- A Duramax 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline six-cylinder engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission that generates 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque. It comes in two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The two-wheel drive offers the greatest payload and towing capacities: 1,970 pounds and 13,300 pounds, respectively.
