If you checked out the 2023 Terrain, the 2024 edition looks the same. While GMC didn't change the engine, interior, exterior, safety, or technology, it added two new colors to the lineup. You can now choose Downpour Metallic or Riptide Metallic in addition to the other colors.
The base Terrain model has a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $28,700. Keep in mind that the prices on the higher trims will rise.
You don't need to worry about comparing the Terrain trims to see how much horsepower they offer. Every version of this SUV has a 175-horsepower engine.
The new 2024 GMC Terrain comes with a lane departure warning and other safety features that work on all the roads you drive. If you want even more safety features, add the optional Terrain Pro Safety Plus package with the same options and alerts that tell you when someone is in one of the seats.
GMC announced that production of the new Terrain would start in the late spring of 2023. Though the manufacturer still needs to set a release date, it will likely come out near the end of summer or the beginning of fall.
